Clients may cancel their service request within five (5) calendar days from the date of purchase or contract signing.
To request a cancellation, clients must submit a written request via email to [Insert Contact Email] with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
Cancellations made after the 5-day period will not be eligible for a refund, but clients may discuss alternative solutions with our team.
If a cancellation request is received within the 5-day period and no significant work has been completed, a full refund will be issued.
If work has already begun but is incomplete, a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.
If the project has been fully completed or significant time/resources have been invested, no refund will be issued.
The following services are non-refundable:
Custom design, branding, or marketing strategies that have already been developed.
Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., paid advertisements, domain registrations, or software licenses).
Services that were explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Eric Associates reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
